Job Opportunity: Garden Labor & Farm Hand
We are looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented Garden Laborer/Farm Hand to join our team for the 2026 season. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, working with their hands, and contributing to the growth of high-quality seasonal blooms.
As a Farm Hand, you will be instrumental in the foundational health of our flowers—from preparing the soil to ensuring every plant is nourished and hydrated.
Key Responsibilities Bed Preparation: Assisting with soil health, tilling, and prepping rows for planting. Maintenance & Weeding: Keeping our growing areas clean and free of invasive plants to ensure optimal flower growth. Irrigation: Systematic watering of various floral varieties based on their specific needs. Fertilizing: Applying organic or specialized nutrients to support strong stems and vibrant blooms.
General Farm Tasks: Occasional assistance with light lifting, organization of supplies, and seasonal farm upkeep.
Position Details Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week.
Hours are flexible.
Requirements Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions (heat, light rain, etc.). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific care instructions for different plant varieties. Reliable transportation to the farm. Punctuality and a positive, collaborative attitude. Prior gardening or landscaping experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate with a passion for plants.
