Duties
- Design and assemble fresh floral arrangements for various occasions, ensuring they meet clients’ specifications and aesthetic standards
- Coordinate and host floral-related events, providing guidance, entertainment, and a lively atmosphere for guests
- Assist customers in selecting flowers, plants, and related products through friendly and knowledgeable service
- Manage retail sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and inventory management
- Maintain organized stock levels by stocking flowers, tools, and supplies efficiently while merchandising displays attractively
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive shopping experience
Experience
- Familiarity with retail operations including POS systems, cashiering, retail math, and stock management
- Multilingual skills are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse customer bases
- Excellent communication skills to engage guests confidently and deliver memorable event experiences
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service roles within retail or event settings is highly desirable
