Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our vibrant educational team. As a Infant Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early learning experiences of our students, ensuring they are prepared for future educational challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
  • Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and respect among students.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians regarding their development.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to create an inclusive atmosphere that accommodates diverse learning needs.
  • Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, ensuring all materials are organized and accessible.
  • Engage with parents through regular communication about their child's progress and classroom activities.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.

Skills

  • Experience in Nannying or working in a childcare setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong background in Childcare with an emphasis on Toddler care and Infant care.
  • Classroom management skills to create an effective learning environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • A genuine love for working with young children and a commitment to their development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
