What you’ll do
- Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Administer employee orientation programs to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
- Oversee benefits administration and provide guidance on workers' compensation claims.
- Conduct performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
- Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Support change management efforts by communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
- Maintain HRIS (Human Resource Information System) records accurately through data entry and collection.
- Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving conflicts promptly.
Basic qualifications
- Strong understanding of human resources management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with employees at all levels.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with HR sourcing tools
- Familiarity with payroll systems like ADP or Paychex.
