The Opportunity: We’re looking for versatile, high-energy Bindery Operators to join our team. This dynamic, multi-skilled role involves sorting and preparing work for book assembly equipment, including saddle stitch, wire/spiral binding, perfect binding, and hardcover binding—turning printed sheets into polished products for our e-commerce and marketing clients. If you’re a self-starter who thrives on variety, enjoys learning new equipment, and wants to own every step of the process, we’ll train you from the ground up at a company where the sky is the limit for ambitious team members. The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to learn, an eye for quality, and a commitment to safety protocols, contributing to the production of high-quality finished products in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Run high-precision booklet equipment to produce accurate, high-quality finished products.
- Assist with general warehouse tasks including material handling, staging, and shipping preparation.
- Read and interpret job tickets to set up equipment correctly and deliver results that match exact specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repairs across multiple machines to keep production flowing smoothly.
- Safely handle materials—lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, reaching, and standing—while keeping the work area organized and safe.
- Collaborate with your teammates to meet deadlines, catch issues early, and continuously improve workflow and quality.
