Duties & Responsibilities:
- Must hold a current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia.
- Experience with conducting home visits, developing care plans, and performing supervisory visits for clients, caregivers, and nurses is required.
- Experience preparing for and managing regulatory surveys are strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, social workers, case managers, and other community referral sources.
- Strong skills in connecting with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physicians, and other healthcare organizations to generate referrals and grow the client base.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new referral opportunities, leveraging professional networks and resources to increase private pay clients.
- Familiarity with home care services, client needs, and healthcare industry standards.
- Ability to develop and implement outreach initiatives that align with the company’s growth objectives and mission.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to professionally represent the agency within the community.
- A self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and a proven track record of achieving results.
Requirements:
