Blooming ABA is a growing, values-driven Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practice serving children and families throughout the Inland Empire. We are currently building a pipeline of compassionate, motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are passionate about ethical, high-quality care.
This is a pipeline posting for future opportunities as services and authorizations expand.
About the Role
As an RBT at Blooming ABA, you will provide 1:1 ABA services to children in home and community settings under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). We prioritize respectful collaboration, realistic expectations, and supportive supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA services in home and community environments
- Collect accurate data and complete session documentation
- Collaborate with supervising BCBA and care team
- Support skill acquisition, communication, and independence
- Maintain professional, respectful relationships with families
Schedule
- Part-time position
- Schedule includes morning and early-afternoon sessions, with flexibility based on client needs and availability
- Daytime hours aligned with typical ABA services

Pay
$20–$27 per hour, based on experience, certification, availability, and service needs
Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Reliable transportation within service area
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- Experience working with children preferred
Candidates who are currently pursuing RBT certification or are new to the field are encouraged to apply. Training and support are provided.

Mileage & Travel
Service assignments are made with consideration for location and availability. Sessions are typically scheduled within a reasonable travel radius from the technician’s home base, and mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between client sessions in accordance with company policy.
