Position Overview
We are looking for smiley, friendly, and energetic Counter Help team members to join our crew. This is a great opportunity for individuals who love interacting with people and thrive in a dynamic, early-morning environment. If you have a positive attitude and enjoy staying busy, we want to hear from you!
Early morning availability is a must — our shifts can start as early as 5 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and wait on customers with a warm, friendly smile
- Take orders accurately and cash out customers efficiently
- Prepare and make food items, including bagel sandwiches and other menu offerings
- Maintain a clean work environment by sweeping, mopping floors, and keeping the store tidy
- Wash dishes and clean kitchen areas
- Assist with opening and closing procedures for the store
- Work as part of a small, supportive team to ensure smooth daily operations
What We're Looking For
- Smiley, outgoing, and genuinely friendly personality
- Ability to work early morning hours (starting as early as 5 AM)
- Strong customer service skills and a team-player attitude
- Reliability and punctuality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus but not required — we will train the right individuals!
