Lawn Maintenance Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Crew Members to join our team. This position involves working outdoors to maintain and enhance the beauty of residential and commercial landscapes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Responsibilities will include various lawn care tasks, tree care, hardscaping, and seasonal services.

Duties

• Perform routine lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing.
• Utilize power tools and equipment safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects.
• Assist in tree care activities such as pruning and planting.
• Engage in hardscape projects including building patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of landscapes.
• Execute landscape design plans by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Participate in snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safe access for clients.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through regular cleaning and minor repairs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with power tools and mechanical knowledge is advantageous.
• Familiarity with tree care practices and hardscaping techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with crew members.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed.
