Build a Skilled Trade Career

Are you mechanically inclined and like working with your hands? We're growing our home elevator and accessibility lift installation and service teams and are hiring motivated, dependable people at every level.

No elevator experience is needed. Qualified candidates may join an accredited apprenticeship program and learn the trade from experienced professionals. Experienced technicians and licensed elevator mechanics can earn more based on their background and credentials.

What You'll Do

  • Help install, maintain, inspect and repair home elevators and accessibility lifts.
  • Work with electrical wiring, mechanical assemblies, motors, sensors, switches and control systems.
  • Read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and equipment documentation.
  • Use hand tools, multimeters and diagnostic equipment to find and fix problems.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues and find the root cause of failures.
  • Assemble components and make mechanical and electrical adjustments.
  • Follow safety procedures, electrical codes and industry standards.
  • Record service work, repairs, inspections and equipment changes.
  • Work with your team to complete installations and service calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Keep learning through ongoing technical training.

Training and responsibilities depend on your experience and position.

What We're Looking For

  • Interest in electrical, mechanical, construction, maintenance or technical work.
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort with hand and power tools.
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to safety and quality work.
  • Good communication and teamwork.
  • Reliability, professionalism and a positive attitude.

Helpful, but not required for every level

  • Experience with electrical wiring, schematics or troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of motors, sensors, switches, circuit boards or control systems.
  • Experience with multimeters, diagnostic tools or PLCs.
  • Familiarity with electrical codes, mechanical assembly or equipment repair.
  • Elevator, lift, HVAC, electrical, industrial maintenance or related trade experience.

Don't meet every qualification? Apply anyway. Entry-level roles don't require elevator experience.
