What are the responsibilities and job description for the English Teacher (Grades 6-8) position at Bloomfield School District?
Bloomfield School District is looking for a Middle School English teacher to work cooperatively with Bloomfield School District staff. Duties will include helping students to learn subject matter and skills which will lead toward the fulfillment of their potential for intellectual, emotional, and psychological growth. Directs and evaluates the learning experiences of the students in activities sponsored by the school.
Job Requirements:
- Must have a current Indiana Special Education License:
- Indiana State Teacher’s License REPA: Language Arts 5-12, Rules 2002: Language Arts with Junior HIgh/Middle School or High School Setting, Rules 46-47: Language Arts (5-9), English 5-12
- Committed professional who enhances student learning.
- Utilizes student data to identify student learning levels
- Integrates best practice instructional strategies within their instruction.
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills Employs effective classroom management skills.
