Position Overview
We’re seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, and experienced Bilingual Patient Coordinator to join our growing dental team! The ideal candidate is professional, patient-focused, and passionate about creating a welcoming experience for every person who visits our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding patient service with empathy and professionalism
- Greet and welcome patients upon arrival
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Handle patient correspondence and maintain accurate records
- Assist with check-out procedures and collect copayments
- Support front office and administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain a desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team culture
- Experience with Thrive Cloud is a plus
Schedule (Full-Time, 5 Days/Week)
- Monday: 10am–5pm (arrive 9:45 for huddle)
- Tuesday: 10am–6pm (arrive 9:45 for huddle)
- Wednesday: 11am–5pm (arrive 10:45 for huddle)
- Thursday: 11am–7pm (arrive 10:45 for huddle)
- Friday: 9am–5pm (arrive 8:45 for huddle)
- Occasional Saturday half-days (approx. once per quarter) for implant patients; supported by 2 DAs and 1 front desk team member
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $20–$24 (based on experience)
