Nursing Supervisor Job Description
As a Nursing Supervisor at Bloomfield, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care and ensure the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.
- Supervising and guiding nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
- Oversight of facility operations, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with nursing policies, procedures, and regulations
- Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans

The ideal candidate will have a valid state nursing license, advanced degree or certification, experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting, and strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Salary : $60,000 - $100,000
