Are you passionate about providing exceptional care to others? Bloomer I & II - VitaCare Living in Bloomer, WI, is seeking dedicated Resident Assistants to join our compassionate team of caregivers. We pride ourselves on creating a warm and supportive environment where every team member is valued. You will be responsible for assisting residents with ADLs, cooking, cleaning, activities, medication administration, etc.

As a Resident Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by providing personalized care and attention. Your commitment to delivering top-notch care will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in senior living.

$17 - $21 hourly

• Provide personal care assistance to residents according to individual care plans
• Document and report any changes in resident health or behavior to the appropriate supervisor
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Engage residents in social activities and recreational programs to promote socialization and well-being
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents by following infection control and safety protocols
• Pass medication
• Be Reliable
