  • Assess downstream consumption of Corporate Actions data and ensure processing reflects the importance of quality, completeness, and timeliness
  • Contribute to AI and LLM-driven initiatives by identifying practical use cases and helping deliver solutions within Corporate Actions workflows
  • Define business requirements and collaborate with Engineering teams to implement durable, scalable automated solutions
  • Support agile project delivery through backlog management, sprint planning, Jira workflows, and PI planning
  • Stay current on market structure, issuer and exchange announcement practices, messaging standards, and broader Corporate Actions industry developments

You’ll Need To Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Data, Technology with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • 4 years of relevant professional experience in Corporate Actions, automation, data management, operations transformation, or a related domain
  • 4 years of Python programming and scripting in a production environment
  • Strong knowledge of Equity Corporate Actions, including event types, sourcing, validation, and clean record generation
  • Experience working in high-volume Corporate Actions environments, with a strong understanding of operational dependencies, controls, and risks
  • Proven experience reviewing legacy processes and driving workflow automation or business process reengineering initiatives
  • Strong understanding of downstream Corporate Actions use cases and the impact of quality and timeliness on clients and products
  • Knowledge of Corporate Action announcement standards, including ISO 15022 and ISO 20022, with experience working with both formats
  • Familiarity with multi-format data ingestion, data normalization, exception handling, and control frameworks across market data or reference data domains
  • Experience applying AI and LLM capabilities to business problems, with delivered use cases in Corporate Actions or adjacent operational workflows
  • Proficiency in Python or a similar programming language, along with strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets for analysis and process improvement
  • Experience working in an agile delivery environment, including Jira, sprint execution, and PI planning
  • Strong communication and partner management skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and functions
  • A proactive approach, strong problem-solving ability, and a track record of challenging legacy approaches to drive measurable change

  • Exposure to AI, NLP, or human-in-the-loop workflow design in financial data environments
