We’ll trust you to
Design and develop scalable, reliable software for analytics and data processing
Work across the stack—from backend services to client-facing applications
Take ownership of features and contribute throughout the full development lifecycle
Collaborate with engineers and product partners to deliver high-quality solutions
Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability
You’ll need to have
5+ years of professional software engineering experience
Experience with one or more programming languages such as C++, Python, Java, or similar
Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design
Experience building or working with scalable or distributed systems
A focus on code quality, testing, and maintainability
Strong communication and collaboration skills
We’d love to see
Experience or interest in performance-critical or data-intensive systems
Familiarity with distributed systems, messaging systems, or large-scale data processing
Interest in financial markets, risk, or analytics (no prior domain experience required)
Experience working across teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

Our systems process large datasets and power complex analytics across distributed services. We use a range of technologies including modern C++, Python, and TypeScript, along with open-source tools and distributed systems frameworks.
