Job Description:
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist both internal and external customers with general inquiries related to accounts, subscriptions and invoices.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining effective communication and following up on any unresolved concerns.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., finance, legal, commercial operations) to ensure that customer needs are met effectively.
- Support customer retention efforts by delivering excellent service.
- Process vendor form requests from customers or internal teams, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Follow company policies regarding changes to customer subscriptions.
- Work towards achieving challenging goals and performance targets, both individually and as part of a team.
- Able to work a flexible schedule within Bloomberg Industry Group hours of operations.
- College level coursework in business, marketing, and/or subjects related to Bloomberg Industry Group services or equivalent experience is required.
- A minimum of three years experience working with Bloomberg Industry Group products, pricing, business requirements, policies, procedures, and/or systems in a consultative customer support role, including at least one year as Key Account Specialist (or equivalent experience managing assigned accounts) is required.
- Experience using PC-based word processing , spreadsheet, and database software is required.
