Retail Sales Associate - Crew Member Daily Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
• Assist customers directly with product and service options
• Help customers choose the best products to meet their needs
• Maintain a positive and professional customer experience
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance expectations
• Provide superior customer service and customer support
• Greet all customers in a friendly and engaging manner to spark productive conversations
• Collaborate with team members
• Maintain up to date product knowledge
• Maintain an organized workspace

Retail Sales Associate - Crew Member Preferred Qualifications:
