Bloom is hiring a Customer Associate to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska. We work with customers to deliver positive in-store service experiences while helping our clients grow their customer base. Previous customer service or sales experience is welcome, but it is not required. We provide training to help the right candidate develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
As a Customer Associate at Bloom, your responsibilities will include:
Assist customers with questions, service requests, and basic troubleshooting.
Respond to customer inquiries professionally and provide timely, helpful solutions.
Explain pricing, service options, and applicable rates clearly and accurately.
Maintain accurate customer information, sales records, and account documentation.
Support customer acquisition and sales initiatives through direct customer engagement.
Identify opportunities to recommend relevant products, services, or upgrades when appropriate.
Build positive customer relationships through effective communication and attentive service.
Collaborate with sales and customer service team members to meet shared goals.
Attend team meetings, client meetings, and training sessions as needed.
Provide general administrative support to help ensure smooth daily operations.
