What You’ll Do:
- Carry a caseload of 12–15 children placed in Bloom foster homes.
- Collaborate with foster families to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's emotional, physical, and behavioral needs.
- Advocate fiercely for children—working with schools, courts, doctors, and case managers to make sure their voices are heard and their needs are met.
- Conduct regular home visits and compliance checks to ensure safety and support.
- Be part of an on-call rotation to provide after-hours assistance and crisis response.
- Coordinate child placements, supervise documentation and reporting, and participate in team meetings and case planning.
- Support, guide, and equip foster parents through training and resource development.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology, education, counseling, or a related field.
- At least two years’ experience in foster care case management preferred.
- Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid Georgia Driver’s License.
- Able to pass a criminal records check, child protective services check, and motor vehicle check.
- Experience working in GA Shines and GA Score preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must have a caring and positive attitude and be passionate about helping children and families in the foster care system.
- Computer efficiency with strong analytical skills and in- depth knowledge of child welfare best practices.
