Role Overview
Want to help build the platform of one of the fastest-growing founders in wellness?
Greg LaVecchia, Co-Founder & CEO of Bloom, is growing his personal brand and content presence, and we're looking for a talented YouTube Long Form Editor to join the team.
This role is for someone who understands what keeps viewers watching. You have a strong grasp of storytelling, pacing, audience retention, and creating compelling long-form content that drives channel growth.
Requirements
- 3 years of YouTube editing experience, ideally in lifestyle or creator-driven content
- Edit and deliver 1-2 long form YouTube videos per week
- Identify and pull high-impact moments from raw footage to maximize hook strength and viewer attention
- Structure videos for watch time - strong openings, logical pacing and effective CTAs
- Review analytics weekly and provide actionable recommendations on performance, learnings and content strategy
- Proven track record of growing views, engagement, and subscribers on YouTube channels you've edited
- Portfolio of long-form YouTube content and channels you've helped build
- Willing to complete a paid test edit as part of the interview process
