Caregiver / Personal Care Aide (Urdu Speaking Preferred)
Bloom Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver / Personal Care Aide to provide one-on-one care for a client in their home.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 30 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Assist the client with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide personal care, including diaper changes and toileting assistance
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if needed
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying the client's living area)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Observe and report any changes in the client's condition
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Ability to assist with personal care and transfers, if needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak and understand Urdu is strongly preferred to communicate effectively with the client.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation is preferred

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
