We are rapidly growing and are looking for a motivated Regional Account Executive to grow with us. Bloom Health Centers provides comprehensive behavioral health services delivered by a group of competent, independent practitioners. We diagnose and treat children, adolescents, adults, and the geriatric population. Psychological testing and neuropsychological testing are available for a variety of disorders, including ADHD, brain injuries, head trauma, and memory problems.

We are expanding and are seeking a talented Community Engagement Manager to join our team.

As a member of our Regional Account Executive team, you’ll be able to directly enhance patient care and access to mental health solutions. This role requires travel to private practices and clinics throughout the Norfolk/Chesapeake/VA Beach areas. You’ll be a vital team member in shaping and developing collateral for both B2B and B2C marketing segments. You’ll also get the chance to collaborate and provide direction to the Bloom presence across markets, help manage our CRM database, and create effective marketing initiatives. Primary Responsibilities

• Outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities, including but not limited to: doctors’ offices, healthcare facilities, schools, community organizations, and individual practices within a health system
• Collaborate with Marketing Team on designing, building, and maintaining a referral presence consistent with the brand.
• Provide input on collateral consistent with the brand including but not limited to: brochures, flyers, posters, email newsletters, and banners to support lead generation efforts
• Schedule appointments and develop presentations for referral partners
• Communicate the company vision and clear referral advantages to partners across a designated area.
• Visit potential leads on-site to distribute marketing material and discuss company services.
• Support manager with other projects as needed.

• Demonstrated initiative and attention to detail.
• Cumulative experience in marketing/sales, outreach, and/or building client relationships
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Computer experience with Office 365/One Drive and Microsoft Office products
• Basic knowledge of outreach tactics
• Familiarity with CRM databases or willingness to learn

Other Requirements

• This is a field-based position. Reliable transportation is required. Local travel is expected on a daily basis. The employee will receive mileage reimbursement based on current IRS guidelines.
