Responsibilities
- Administer botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, and other injectable aesthetic procedures with precision and care.
- Provide comprehensive client consultations to understand their aesthetic goals, explain treatment options, and set realistic expectations.
- Maintain strict sanitation protocols and adhere to all safety guidelines during procedures to ensure client safety.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, product recommendations, and ongoing skincare routines to maximize results.
- Manage client records accurately using Aesthetics Pro
- Support retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products, dermal fillers, or other aesthetic treatments to enhance client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license with current registration; experience in cosmetic or aesthetic nursing preferred.
- 1 years injecting experience
- Proven expertise in injection administration, including botulinum toxin (Botox) and dermal fillers
- Strong understanding of sanitation standards and infection control practices within a medical spa setting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients clearly and confidently about treatments and outcomes
- Ability to upsell products and services effectively while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Knowledge of management principles related to team collaboration and guest services in a fast-paced environment.
