We are currently seeking a Part-Time or Full-Time Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional gynecological care.
Overview
The Physician Assistant will work closely with our experienced team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and compassionate care. This role offers a flexible schedule, an opportunity to grow professionally, and a chance to make a meaningful impact in women's health.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Assist in diagnosing and managing gynecological conditions.
- Perform procedures such as pap smears, colposcopies, endometrial biopsies, LARC insertions/removals.
- Provide education and counseling on women's health topics such as contraception, abnormal uterine bleeding, hormone health, and preventative care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Current certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- Current and valid Physician Assistant License in Texas
- Curent and valid DEA license
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
Schedule and Compensation
- Clinic Hours: Monday-Thursday 8AM-5PM; Friday 8AM-12PM
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience
