Certified Family Nurse Practitioner

Bloom Family Health & Wellness is a growing, independently owned primary care and integrative wellness practice seeking a Full-Time FAMILY Nurse Practitioner who is excited to grow with us.

Position

• Full-Time: 4/5 days per week
• Family Nurse Practitioner - provides primary care for children aged 5 through older adulthood
• Previous primary care experience is preferred; however, we are open to a motivated recent graduate who has successfully completed licensure and demonstrates strong clinical judgment, initiative, and alignment with our philosophy of care.
• Salary and benefits will be discussed during the interview process and will be based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the position.

• Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and documentation skills
• Desire to continually learn, innovate, and grow professionally as Bloom evolves
• A genuine team player who understands that providing exceptional patient care requires collaboration and a willingness to support the team beyond one's individual role
• Someone who brings a vibrant, positive attitude and consistently demonstrates professionalism, integrity, respect, and accountability
