  • Coordinate with partner teams and complex global vendors responsible for designing, building, and delivering manufacturing equipment.
  • Drive alignment between product requirements, process development, vendor execution, equipment readiness, and operational launch needs.
  • Identify gaps in process capability, equipment readiness, staffing, documentation, vendor delivery, and launch preparedness, and drive resolution across teams.
  • Prepare executive-ready program updates covering milestones, risks, investment status, key decisions, vendor status, and escalation needs.
  • Track key performance indicators related to schedule, readiness, quality, cost, CAPEX, vendor performance, and operational execution.
  • Support change management as new processes, tools, and operating models are introduced across regions.
  • Ensure smooth handoff from development and pilot phases into stable operational execution.

Skills, Experience, and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or similar) or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 7 years of project engineering or project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial operations environment.
  • Ability to problem-solve and influence others through relationships and data
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to management required.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting equipment installations, line launches, or production expansions.
  • Practical understanding of construction coordination, contractor management, and on-site execution.
  • Knowledge of facilities permitting, inspections, and compliance processes.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, including Executive level team members

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in energy, automotive, semiconductor, or high-volume manufacturing environments.
