Bloom Consulting is seeking a passionate and dedicated Job Coach/Coordinator to join our Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) program in Lake County, MT. Position Details
- Title: Job Coach/Coordinator for Pre-ETS Students
- Location: Lake County, MT
- Hours: 10 hours per week, with potential to grow as the program expands
- Salary: $20-$25/hour
- Start Date: January 05, 2025

Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on coaching to students with disabilities in workplace settings.
- Support students as they practice workplace skills and navigate job expectations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with local employers, addressing any concerns or behaviors that arise on-site.
- Market the program to businesses and create new connections for student opportunities.
- Promote a positive and supportive environment to enhance student success.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is essential.
- Proven ability to build connections with businesses and market programs is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships with students, employers, and stakeholders.
