Marketing Specialist / Deal Coordinator

Part Time Position
- 20-25 hours per week
- Office parking included
- Pay – depending on qualifications $25-$30/hr
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to use Canva for editing brochures and PDF’s.
- Ability to post our brochures to our Website after being shown how it works.
- Person who might be looking to change from residential real estate to commercial real estate.
- Strong desire to grow and be promoted
- A strong willingness to learn and is extremely teachable
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field, but not required
- Educated in or professional work experience in marketing or communications, B2B preferred
- Good verbal communication skills, including knowledge of effective copy for web, email, and social media
- Demonstrated creativity in developing effective technical content for customer, business, and internal audiences
- Working knowledge of social media strategies to grow engagement
- General understanding of effective document design and visual storytelling
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms including customer relationship management (CRM)

BCRE has recently launched a new website and brand update. Now we are on a mission to optimize marketing’s impact on the business while developing content and new methods to add value. The Administrative Assistant is key role to ad value to the company’s mission.
This position will create and publish written and visual content to support marketing initiatives, plan digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, optimize initiatives to improve performance. If you are intellectually curious, fascinated by innovation, and a self-starter that wants to make a broad impact on a growing team, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Assist with strategy and contribute to the execution of effective, targeted, and creative content for both lead generation and retention campaigns. These may include web pages, social media, blogs, automated campaigns, emails, videos, and events.
- Contribute to website management and publish content
- Promote BCRE’s services, and key differentiators to deepen relationships with existing clients and attract new clients in support of business objectives
- Design marketing campaigns and support them by writing newsletters and lead-nurturing emails that keep prospects engaged until they are prepared to buy
- Write, edit and format general, market-specific and group-specific marketing communications for business-to-business and internal audiences
