Hiring a part-time Agency Manager / Onboarding Specialist who can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes and bring great energy to the team.

Hoping to fill immediately with onsite work starting in October, office located in Burnt Hills.
The right candidate will have strong tactical abilities, be highly organized, and willing to develop and implement systems to move our agency forward. S/he is well-versed in using Google Sheets / Excel. Able to update graphic templates in Canva. Able to enter fresh content into email templates agency distribution. Is self-motivated, and willing to learn / understand the financial services industry and the licensing process across states to streamline processes for new agents.
More than anything, you must be a responsive, highly-energetic, people-first person.
