Job Overview
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral health services to individuals with developmental disabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to implement behavior management plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA
- Collect data on client progress and behaviors
- Assist in the development of care plans
- Provide direct patient care based on individualized treatment goals
- Conduct behavioral therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation
- Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure effective treatment strategies
Skills
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis principles
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medical documentation practices
- Ability to follow care plans and behavioral intervention strategies effectively

Pay: $18.50 - $23.00 per hour
