Main Duties and Responsibilities
$38,000 - $45,000 / year (Depending on Experience)
This is the pay range Bloom Ads reasonably expects it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the level of experience, relevant skills, professional certifications, market pay, and demand for the role. Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the Media team in developing and executing media plans.
- Compile post-analytic data and assist in the creation of post-campaign reports.
- Assist with budget management and tracking.
- Update reports with campaign performance information.
- Manage advertising opportunity requests and media partner coordination.
- Support TV, Digital, Radio, OOH, and Print partnership allocations.
- Media planning and/or experience with media analytics is a plus.
- Self-starter with a highly motivated and positive demeanor.
- Excellent collaborator and communicator with strong team-player skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills—concise, persuasive, and articulate.
- Ability to understand media strategy and marketing processes.
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing and/or Media Strategy.
- Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
