Bloom is an adolescent mental health treatment program serving youth ages 11–18 through Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) services.
We’re looking for a compassionate, energetic, and collaborative Primary Clinician / Group Therapist to join our growing team.
At Bloom, we believe meaningful progress happens when young people feel supported, understood, and empowered. Our approach combines evidence-based clinical treatment with engaging, creative therapeutic experiences to help adolescents build confidence, strengthen relationships, and develop lifelong coping skills.
Our programming incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), expressive arts, music, drama, and animal-assisted therapeutic activities.
This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who enjoys working with adolescents, facilitating groups, and being part of a supportive, mission-driven team.

● Serve as a primary clinician for adolescents participating in PHP and IOP programming.
● Facilitate engaging, interactive therapeutic groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, and personal growth.
● Provide individual and family therapy as clinically appropriate.
● Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with clients and families on treatment goals.
● Utilize evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, and other developmentally appropriate interventions.
● Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate treatment and support positive client outcomes.
● Complete clinical documentation, assessments, and progress notes in a timely manner.
● Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and clinical supervision.
● Help create a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment where adolescents feel comfortable expressing themselves.

● Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to facilitate therapeutic groups and engage adolescents in meaningful treatment.
● Collaborative mindset and genuine passion for helping young people succeed.
Preferred, but not required:
● Experience in PHP, IOP, residential, inpatient, or outpatient behavioral health settings.
