The Director position has a role in the following areas of the center and program:
- DCF Safety & Compliance: Ensure full adherence to DCF regulations; maintain documentation, inspections, ratios, and incident reporting.
- Enrollment & Leads: Own the pipeline from inquiry to start date; facilitate tours, and waitlist to meet enrollment goals.
- Operations, Licensing & Accreditation: Oversee daily operations; uphold licensing requirements and accreditation standards; manage audits and renewals.
- Staff Leadership & Management: Recruit, schedule, coach, and evaluate staff; drive accountability, professional development, and a positive culture.
- Family Experience & Satisfaction: Lead clear, timely communication; resolve concerns; sustain high satisfaction and retention.
- Health, Cleaning & Sanitation: Implement and monitor cleaning protocols, food program standards, and classroom health practices.
Essential Qualifications:
- Florida Director's Credential REQUIRED
- Minimum 1 year in a child care management position.
- CPR/First Aid Certified.
- Minimum 2 years of childcare/teaching experience required.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
