Shuttle Driver

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dependable Shuttle Driver to join our transportation team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers between designated locations, ensuring timely and courteous service. Responsibilities

• Safely operate shuttle vehicles (compact SUV's and minivans) following all traffic laws and safety protocols
• Transport passengers efficiently between specified locations, adhering to scheduled routes and timelines
• Providing excellent customer service and support as needed
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance and safety
• Communicate clearly with dispatchers, passengers, and team members using effective verbal skills
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or maintenance needs

Skills

• Proven experience in shuttle driving, delivery driving, bus driving, or similar roles involving commercial driving
• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with passengers and team members
• Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and vehicle maintenance procedures
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive rider experience
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with energy, focus, and professionalism

Hours

• Hours vary depending on service requests from client. This should not be treated as a primary source of income, but a seasonal/on-call supplemental source of income. We may go a couple of weeks with no ride requests, and sometimes we will have multiple requests per day. Company average is 1 ride request every 3.5 days. Rides range from 3 hours round trip to 20 hours round trip (the high side will require a company paid hotel stay before returning for safety reasons).
• Employees can choose to be paid bi-weekly, weekly, or per trip (within 72 hours of completion).

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
