Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) based in Charlotte, NC. The COO will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the firm, driving business strategy, and ensuring operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams, streamlining workflows, developing and executing business plans, overseeing budgets, and ensuring financial health. The COO will work closely with senior leadership to achieve organizational goals and foster a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Business Planning and Operations Management to implement and oversee firm-wide initiatives effectively
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate operational performance and drive data-informed decision-making processes
- Proven experience in Finance and Budgeting to ensure financial strategy aligns with the organization's goals and priorities
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and projects
- Experience in the legal or professional services industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop and sustain high-performance teams
