Blood Assurance has openings for a full-time 2nd Shift Telerecruiter 11:30 AM to 8 PM Monday - Friday with a shift differential. This position will work in office in our Chattanooga, TN location.
The primary duties of this role involve calling donors to schedule their blood donation appointment.
Telerecruiting at Blood Assurance:
Our Telerecruiters are the voice of Blood Assurance, contacting our donors and welcoming them back to donate again. Telerecruiters use their skills in verbal communication and database software navigation to educate donors, to provide them with convenient opportunities to give, and to ensure that their positive donation experience starts well before they walk into one of our donor centers.
Our best Telerecruiters are passionate about blood donation, and they become excited when donors choose to continue helping save lives. In this role, you will exercise your abilities to coordinate donor scheduling needs, to overcome obstacles with setting appointments, and to meet/ exceed activity goals that contribute to having an adequate supply of blood for the communities we serve.
