What are the responsibilities and job description for the Donor Recruiter position at Blood Assurance?
Blood Assurance is seeking a motivated and community-focused bi-lingual Donor Recruiter to support blood drive recruitment efforts through outreach, event support, and public engagement. This territory will include GA, NC, and TN. This role is responsible for creating promotional materials, coordinating recruitment resources, staffing on-site recruitment tables, and increasing donor participation at blood drives and community events. The Donor Recruiter serves as an advocate for blood donation, educates the public, and collaborates with internal teams to support collection goals while providing coverage across assigned territories as needed. Qualified candidates should have at least 1–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to build relationships across diverse communities. A valid driver’s license is required, along with the ability to work both indoors and outdoors, travel as needed, and maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and safety standards at all times.
Qualified applicants will have:
- Fluent in Spanish
- At least 1–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
- Strong communication
- The ability to build relationships across diverse communities
- Advanced organizational, customer service and teamwork skills.
