What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Care Specialist- Rome Facility position at Blood Assurance?
Blood Assurance is seeking compassionate, dependable Customer Care Specialist to work in our Rome, GA Facility. The work schedule for this positions would be Monday- Friday 9:30AM-6:00PM. The duties of this job include welcoming donors, performing donor registration, calling potential donors, and prepare and maintain donor records.
Qualified applicants should possess:
- a high school degree or equivalent,
- strong customer service skills with attention to detail,
- a positive, caring attitude
