What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Care Specialist- Franklin Facility position at Blood Assurance?
Blood Assurance is seeking compassionate, dependable Customer Care Specialists to work in our Franklin, TN Facility. The work schedule for this positions would be Monday- Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM and occasionally Saturdays. The duties of this job include welcoming donors, performing donor registration, calling a minimum number of donors daily per manager’s instructions, and prepare and maintain donor records.
Qualified applicants should possess:
- a high school degree or equivalent,
- strong customer service skills with attention to detail,
- a positive, caring attitude
