We have uncapped commissions and we're seeking highly motivated sales representatives to join our team! We will train you so don't worry if you don't have past sales experience! All you need is a good attitude and a drive to succeed!
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering and making calls to prospective and current clients
- Gathering information and conducting a financial analysis to qualify clients for our program
- Finalizing all details of getting a qualified client enrolled in the program
- At times you may need to update clients on their program from time-to-time or assist their account manager while your client is in the program
- Using the company CRM to handle and manage daily tasks
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be empathic and helpful to clients and partners
- Critical thinking
- Dependable and reliable
- Focused and task oriented
- Handle escalated calls and resolve issues quickly
- Able to work under pressure
- Knowledge of Microsoft with basic computer program
- Read and follow company scripts
- Time Management is a must
- Very Organized and can meet deadlines
