About the Role

We are hiring responsible and detail-oriented individuals for a secure cash collection role in the Louisville area. As an Armed Messenger, you will use your own vehicle to collect, count, and transport funds from vending and coin-operated machines placed in local businesses. The position requires precision, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Although a valid concealed carry license is preferred, we now welcome candidates who demonstrate strong character and relevant experience, such as military service or prior armored courier/security work. For qualified hires without a license, the company will fully cover the training and certification process after onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and reconcile cash from vending locations on an assigned route
• Accurately document and account for cash and coin pickups
• Ensure the security of all transported assets
• Follow company protocols for handling, transporting, and reporting funds
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations teams
• Use a personal vehicle for daily route-based travel

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Ownership of a reliable, insured personal vehicle
• Excellent math skills and the ability to accurately count and reconcile cash
• High level of personal integrity and attention to detail
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Availability for weekday shifts (8-hour routes)
• Willingness to obtain a license to carry firearms if not already licensed (company-paid)

Preferred Background

• Prior experience with armored courier services
• Military service or armed security background
• Familiarity with route-based delivery or cash handling procedures
• Comfortable working independently and in high-trust environments
