Entry-Level Outside Sales Role With Training and Uncapped Upside
We are expanding our field sales team in Northern Virginia and are hiring Junior Outside Sales Representatives to work directly with small business owners across Alexandria and surrounding areas.
This role is designed for individuals early in their sales career—or career changers—who are motivated, coachable, and ready to learn professional outside sales through structured training and hands-on field experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospecting local small businesses through in-person cold walk-ins
- Presenting vending, coin-operated, and POS solutions to business owners
- Building your own pipeline and book of business from scratch
- Following a structured route and daily activity plan
- Tracking outreach, follow-ups, and progress in CRM
- Handling rejection daily and continuing forward
This is a true field sales role. Most of your day will be spent outside meeting business owners face-to-face.
Compensation & Benefits
- $40,000 base salary
- Uncapped commission with strong earning potential
