Job Title: Temp Combo Operator
Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA
Shift: Monday- Friday, 8am-4:30pm
Pay: $28/hour
Job Overview: Operates production equipment to produce quality pigment dispersions in accordance with standard operating procedures. Operates within a defined area making support materials to contribute to the final products manufactured. Complies with all safety procedures and safety training requirements. Includes monthly completion of Dupont training modules, completion of cyber security modules, and any other company-mandated training requirements. Reports immediately any potential unsafe area or acts to leadership.
Essential Job Functions:
- Perform all gathering, weighing, and packaging duties for the different equipment throughout. manufacturing including the computer control system software.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide input to supervision/management.
- Maintain an acceptable level of housekeeping throughout the facility and participate in 5s activities.
- Perform all duties in such a manner as to maintain a safe working environment for all employees and in accordance with the Quality Management System guidelines, including maintaining proper documentation in all work areas.
- Assist co-workers and promote a team environment while using effective communication skills.
- Other duties as assigned by a supervisor, lead employee, or other member of management.
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Forklift, basic math, attention to detail
- Standing, walking, able to lift 55lb
- Able to pass a drug screen AND background check (Required)
