Our Buffalo Office has an immediate opening for a full time Office Assistant. As an Assistant within our Residential Real Estate Department, you will play an important role to our staff by completing daily bank runs, answering phones, opening new real estate files and assist the attorneys/paralegals with any tasks they may need. We are seeking someone who can provide excellent customer service and work both as a team and independently. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with a strong attention for detail, and have the ability to be flexible and multi-task in a busy and friendly work atmosphere.
