Customer Service Representative- Call Center

This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to our residential customers by resolving billing and general inquiries with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who promotes our products and services while ensuring a positive customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver accurate information regarding billing invoices, cycles, procedures, and company policies.
- Provide first-call resolution for general inquiries about products, services, and company information.
- Promote and upsell company services to existing customers. Promote and upsell MaxxSouth services to new and existing customers, while fostering customer retention through excellent service and in-depth product knowledge.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
- Attend monthly training sessions and team meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent – required
- Previous experience in a customer service environment – required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Expected pay is $15-$16/hour including commission.
