Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience
• Operate the cash register (POS system), handle retail sales transactions accurately, and manage cash drawer handling with precision
• Assist customers with product demos, answer questions about store merchandise, and promote upselling opportunities to increase sales
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the store displays are attractive and well-maintained according to merchandising standards
• Conduct product knowledge sharing and demonstrate features of key items to encourage customer engagement and purchase decisions
• Maintain phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries, ensuring clear communication at all times
• Support inventory management by stocking products, participating in stock counts, and ensuring products are available for sale at all times
• Should be able to perform duties in Kitchen like Preparing and Handling food, Cleaning , proper knowledge of health and food is require.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience or grocery store experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers in a bilingual environment is a plus
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, making change, and performing retail math calculations accurately
• Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures is advantageous
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks related to stocking and merchandising
• Excellent phone etiquette skills combined with proactive customer service abilities

• Flexible hours including weekend
