Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Build, maintain, and expand relationships with existing clients and key accounts
- Understand client needs, business goals, and operational challenges to provide tailored lighting solutions
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services
New Business Development
- Identify, prospect, and secure new clients across commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share

Consultative Sales & Technical Expertise

Negotiation & Contract Management
- Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals successfully
- Ensure agreements align with company objectives and client expectations
Order & Project Coordination
- Oversee the order lifecycle, including processing, delivery, and coordination with installation teams
- Ensure seamless execution and high levels of customer satisfaction
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences

Sales Leadership & Mentorship
