- Hourly wage tips commission on retail, product, and membership sales

- The ability to work weekends
- A passion for the beauty industry and for making people look and feel beautiful
- A desire to collaborate and work well with team members in a fun, professional work environment
- Makeup artists a plus!
- Work one-on-one with the Style Boss to learn how to master Blo’s signature hairstyles
- Participate in maintaining a professional, clean, fun and respectful work environment
- Participate in routine up-training, product knowledge classes, and skill advancement
