- Base hourly rate (hello stable income!) plus tips, bonuses, and incentives. Most new stylists can expect to make approximately $25-32/hour starting (including hourly rate tips commissions)

- Support a team of hair stylists and beauty technicians
- The ability to work Sunday
- A passion for the beauty and cosmetology industry and making people feel great on the inside and out
- Love of sales, monthly goals, and winning prizes!
- Salon experience is an asset or other customer service experience.
